"Absolutely amazing experience! The food was incredible every dish was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. A special shoutout to Joe, who provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His warm attitude really elevated the whole dining experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fantastic food and great service. We’ll definitely be back."

"(Ordered takeout so cant comment on atmosphere) Seeing comments like Esters that "they don't know what slow cooked is" makes me sad. I travel the globe at least twice a year (texas included) and you wont find this good food there!, this place is new, but I have rarely met such accommodating staff, passion to make great food and to top it off, food was really good!!! Huge portion, super tasty and to a very decent price. My personal preference is a bit more kick and I hope they will have that option soon but if you want amazing and more importantly, genuine service and also a huge feed of good food. Please give this place a chance. I can't wait to see how they develop because it's rarely you see a place with a great product also having such an open mind. I will definitely eat again!"

"Amazing smokehouse food!!! This restaurant is now my husband and my favourite restaurant. The food is to die for and I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves smoked meats. We ordered the pack for two (an incredible deal). The beef brisket and pork ribs were absolutely mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. The meats were so moist and juicy, fell off the bone and it was just a taste explosion with every mouthful. The buffalo chicken wings complemented the meats so well and again, were totally delicious. Even the sides of wedges with sweet chilli and sour cream, mac and cheese and the coleslaw were to die for. It is the second time we have dined in this fabulous restaurant and we can’t wait to return. Joe and the staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating and you can tell they take pride in ensuring a five star customer experience. It is definitely our favourite restaurant in Frankston now and we would highly recommend this lovely place to everyone. Trust me you will not be disappointed and will be craving to go back for more!! "Not going to gatekeep this place, it is too good! I ordered the pack for two from their website and was so pleased at how easy it was to order and how quickly they prepared the food. The food itself was just incredible, we ordered the beef brisket and the pork ribs, which were accompanied by drumettes, sausage, wedges and coleslaw. Everything was faultless, it was so good. I am so excited we have such an incredible BBQ smokehouse joint in Frankston. We will be back!"

"Had dinner here tonight with my partner, We got the share platter for 3 and my god it was hands down the best smokehouse we have ever been to! The pork ribs were deliciously sticky and meaty ! The beef brisket completely fell apart and melted as soon as our forks touched it and they were generously sized slices aswell, we also got the Southern fried chicken which was to die for! Not to mention all the sides were absolutely scrumptious too! We take our hats off to the owner/owners and all employees who were attentive and clearly love what they do! Forget Third wave cafe, forget 2elements. Bennys Smokehouse is where it’s at for meat lovers !"

"10000% perfection! I made a booking online which was confirmed right away and followed up with a follow up call a few days beforehand from Joe confirming everything which was really thoughtful. Tonight walking in, the smell of the meat was hypnotic, I KNEW we were in for an absolute feast. The service was honestly amazing from start to finish, quick and so friendly. There was 11 of us so I expected a wait for the food to arrive but Allan the chef was so quick to serve and get all of our multiple dishes out! There was not a single complaint around the table and we ordered Ribs, Brisket, Mac n Cheese, chips and many other dishes. Daniel always stayed at least two steps ahead bringing my niece more tomato sauce when she was running out and bringing my husbands cake out with plates and cutlery. So overall, this will be our new spot for dinner! And MASSIVE shout out to Daniel, Allan and Joe :) see ya soon!!!!!"
